Billing & refunds
Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from your account. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. First-time subscribers get a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, no questions asked; see the refund policy for details. Charges appear on card statements as OTHEXCORP QUIPSHOT.
Account access
Locked out? Use password reset and the link arrives within a minute (check spam). After several failed sign-in attempts an account locks briefly for protection; it unlocks on its own within the hour. Email changes are confirmed from your current address, from account settings.
The desktop app
QuipShot runs on Windows 10 and 11. Sign in inside the app with the same account you use here; one subscription covers up to 3 of your devices, and you can free a seat from your account if you replace a machine. What's new lives in the changelog.
